Scope

Multiplex was appointed by Frasers Property Australia to build ‘Wonderland’, the final residential stage of the 2 billion dollar Central Park precinct.

Designed by multi-award winning architecture practice Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp (fjmt), Wonderland is a 13 storey curvaceous building of 294 apartments on the Chippendale fringe of the Central Park precinct.

Scope: Supply and install of extrusions to picture frame terracotta modules and balcony’s ranging in size from 350mm to 110mm. Supply and install of structural parapets frames and aluminium cassette cladding. Installation of slab edge louvre tracks and tile angles.
